so uh, I decided to try out arch for the first time (one on a VM, and one installed to an old laptop)
To be honest, I kinda liked it. It was pretty cool to use a OS that I could control almost everything about.
I could customize everything to my liking, and it was refreshing to not see a annoying update notification every hour.
I did cheat in installing it, as I used archinstall, but it was still cool to use Arch.
I used Manjaro for actually installing the OS onto a laptop, but the experience is similar as Manjaro is literally just Arch but you don't have to set it up so much.
